TOP Financial Group names co-CEOs after sole CEO resigns; Ms. Tam steps down as COO to join board

On September 21, 2026, Mr. Ka Fai Yuen resigned as a director and sole Chief Executive Officer of TOP Financial Group Limited. Ms. Hoi Ling Jennifer Tam resigned as Chief Operating Officer to assume the roles of director and co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yuen was appointed co-Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. The resignations were not due to disagreements regarding operations or policies. Ms. Tam brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, having served as COO since February 2021.
