VEON completes acquisition of OLX Kazakhstan for USD 81 million

VEON Ltd.'s subsidiary Beeline Kazakhstan has completed the acquisition of 100% of OLX Group LLP from OLX Global B.V. for a total consideration of USD 81 million, inclusive of approximately USD 6 million in completion adjustments. The deal follows receipt of relevant regulatory approvals and adds a leading classifieds platform with over 9 million monthly active users to VEON's digital ecosystem. OLX KZ reported annual revenue of just over USD 28 million for the year ending March 2026. This transaction advances VEON’s strategy of integrating category-leading digital services into its portfolio alongside connectivity offerings. VEON is a global digital operator providing connectivity and digital services to over 150 million users across five countries.
