VEON reports Q3 revenue up 17.2% to USD 1,307M, raises full-year outlook

VEON Ltd. reported third-quarter revenue of USD 1,307 million, a 17.2% increase year-over-year, driven by double-digit growth in both its telecommunications and digital segments. Digital revenue surged 45.9% to USD 355 million, representing 27.2% of total group revenue, while EBITDA rose 10.1% to USD 577 million. The company raised the midpoint of its full-year 2026 guidance, now expecting revenue growth of 16%-18% and EBITDA growth of 10%-12%. Additionally, VEON announced a new share buyback program for 2.9 million ADSs valued at approximately USD 200 million and disclosed several strategic acquisitions, including Perfectum in Uzbekistan and GigaCloud in Ukraine. VEON operates as a digital operator providing converged connectivity and digital services across five countries.
