YPF S.A. announced that between June 1 and June 5, 2026, the company repurchased Class XXX Notes (YMCWO) for a total amount of Ps. 24,274,518,872.70, equivalent to a par value of US$ 16,858,980. The repurchase was conducted at an average price of 99.90% of their nominal value.
