YPF Sociedad Anónima entered into an agreement with San Benito Upstream S.A.U. to assign its interest in the Mendoza Non-Operated cluster, comprising conventional blocks CNQ-7 Gobernador Ayala (30.01%), CNQ-7A (50%), and Jagüel Casa de Piedra (50), along with associated pipelines and materials. The transaction carries an agreed price of US$205 million, effective January 1, 2026, subject to customary conditions precedent. During the second quarter of 2026, YPF’s attributable production from this cluster was approximately 7 thousand barrels per day of oil and 0.04 million cubic meters per day of natural gas. This divestiture supports the company's 4x4 Plan by optimizing its conventional upstream portfolio to focus on unconventional fields. YPF operates in the integrated energy sector, engaged in the exploration, production, refining, and distribution of oil and natural gas.
