YPF Sociedad Anónima's Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program for up to AR$38,468,000,000 to facilitate share compensation plans. The acquisition will not exceed 10% of the company's capital stock and is subject to a maximum purchase price of AR$108,160 per share or US$72.95 per ADR.
