Archrock, Inc. announced the appointment of Mohit Singh as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2026. Mr. Singh, formerly of Expand Energy Corporation and BPX Energy, will receive an annual base salary of $650,000, a target short-term incentive of 100% of eligible earnings, and an annual long-term equity target of $2,300,000. He will also receive a $1,500,000 restricted stock sign-on award vesting over three years. This appointment follows the retirement of Douglas S. Aron, who will resign as CFO on June 30, 2026.
