Intermap Technologies Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire PCI Geomatics Group for $11 million in cash. The transaction consolidates Intermap's existing ownership position and integrates PCI’s satellite image processing algorithms with Intermap’s 3D elevation models. June McAlarey, PCI’s President and CEO, will remain in her role as an Executive Vice President at Intermap. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to commercial revenue growth, EBITDA, earnings, and cash flow. Approximately 60% of pro forma revenue is anticipated to come from recurring subscriptions. Shareholder approval is required for closing. Intermap Technologies operates in the geospatial intelligence industry, providing AI-driven analytics and proprietary 3D data solutions.
