PT Telkom Indonesia appoints new Board of Directors and Commissioners following AGM resolutions

TLKPerusahaan Perseroan Persero PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has announced changes to its Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners following the resolutions of the 2025 fiscal year Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The new composition of the management team, effective from June 8, 2026, effective for the 2025 fiscal year, was also announced.
